We are an Outdoor Fitness Training company based out of Sydney Park, Alexandria offering Group Outdoor Fitness Classes, Outdoor Personal Training sessions, running groups as well as Boxing classes. 

Our aim is to work with you to help you achieve your health and wellbeing goals so that you can live your best life!

Offered Monday-Thursday with different session types including weights, cardio and HIIT and boxing.

One-on-one coaching designed to help you establish and achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals.

A specialised group for those who may want to improve their running technique, be training for an event, or just looking to improve their fitness. 

 For all levels who want to improve their form, learn proper fundamentals, build confidence or simply boost their fitness in a supportive environment.

Outdoor Group Fitness

AM Session: 6:00am-7:00am​

PM Session: 6:30pm-7:30pm​

Monday: HIIT Circuit 

Tuesday: Boxing Fitness

Wednesday: HIIT Cardio

Thursday: Weights

Note: Both AM & PM sessions run Monday-Thursday.

Running Group

Saturday: 7:30am-8:15am

Boxing Technique

Saturday: 8:30am-9:15am
